Reset Your Mind. Transform Your Life.
Welcome to Total Mind Reset, where lasting change begins from within.
We specialize in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy, helping people overcome anxiety, stress, limiting beliefs, unwanted habits, fears, emotional challenges, and self-sabotaging patterns. Our approach focuses on creating meaningful, lasting change by working with the unconscious mind—the place where many automatic thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are formed.
Whether you're looking to regain confidence, improve your mental wellbeing, break free from old patterns, or achieve personal and professional goals, we're here to help you create the mindset that supports the life you want.
About Total Mind Reset
At Total Mind Reset, we believe every person has the ability to change.
Many emotional and behavioural struggles are not permanent personality traits—they are learned patterns created through life experiences. By understanding how the mind works and using evidence-informed therapeutic techniques, these patterns can be interrupted, rewired, and replaced with healthier, more empowering responses.
Our sessions are personalised to your unique goals and circumstances. Rather than spending months or years analysing every detail of the past, we focus on creating practical solutions that help you move forward with confidence.
The mission is simple: help you regain control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours — so you can live with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Our Approach
Every client is different. Every session is tailored to your goals, challenges, and personal circumstances — because there is no one-size-fits-all solution to meaningful change.
Working together, the focus is on:
Understanding what is maintaining the problem
Identifying unconscious patterns driving it
Creating practical, targeted strategies for change
Building healthier emotional responses
Strengthening new habits until they become automatic
Developing lasting confidence and resilience
The goal is not simply temporary relief — but sustainable transformation.

Common Myths — Answered
"Hypnotherapy means losing control of your mind."
1
This is one of the most common misconceptions. Hypnotherapy is not mind control. Clients remain fully aware and in complete control throughout every session. No one can be made to do anything against their will. The experience is more like a deeply focused, relaxed state of attention — similar to being absorbed in a book or film.
"Psychotherapy just means talking about your problems endlessly."
2
Strategic Psychotherapy is solution-focused, not past-focused. Rather than spending months revisiting old experiences, sessions are designed to identify what is maintaining the problem right now — and apply targeted strategies to interrupt and change it. Progress is practical and forward-moving.
"You have to be weak-minded for hypnosis to work."
3
The opposite is true. People with strong focus and imagination often respond particularly well to hypnotherapy. The ability to enter a hypnotic state is a natural skill — not a sign of weakness. It simply reflects a willingness to engage with the process and an openness to change.
"These approaches only work for certain types of people."
4
Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy are effective across a wide range of people, backgrounds, and challenges. What matters most is a genuine desire to change. Sessions are tailored to each individual — there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and no prior experience is needed.
